David Doyle is the founder of Doyle Law Firm, P.C. The firm is located in downtown Salem and represents clients throughout Oregon and California.

Mr. Doyle began his law practice in 1986. From the start he has been recognized as an extremely successful trial attorney having the know-how and experience to obtain favorable results for his clients. Mr. Doyle’s practice emphasizes civil litigation (including automobile and truck accidents, wrongful death cases, and general personal injury claims). Doyle Law Firm also handles business litigation, land use and real estate, and governmental law. Mr. Doyle is currently on retainer to serve as Polk County Legal Counsel and City Attorney for the City of Adair Village.

Mr. Doyle’s first attorney position was with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office. He then went to work for the Ventura County (California) District Attorney’s Office. Upon litigating dozens of cases to verdict, Mr. Doyle was hired away by the civil litigation firm of Lawler, Bonham & Walsh. It was during this portion of his career that Mr. Doyle:

(1) obtained a negotiated settlement in excess of $1.2 million for his client [automobile accident];

(2) successfully defended a wrongful death case handled by the Law Office of Johnnie Cochran; and

(3) was selected to serve as a Pro Tem Judge.

Mr. Doyle is licensed to practice in both Oregon and California and he is admitted before the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, federal court for the District of Oregon, and federal court for the Central District of California.
